iPhone / iPad
Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
Make sure Location Services are ON.
Find your browser (Safari / Chrome), set to While Using the App.
Close and reopen the browser, then try login again.
Android phones / tablets
Check that system Location is enabled.
In Chrome: tap the lock 🔒 icon in the address bar.
Open Permissions and set Location to Allow.
Reload this page and try again.
Desktop (Chrome / Edge / Firefox)
Click the lock 🔒 icon next to the site address.
Find Location and change to Allow.
If needed, open browser Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings.
Refresh this page and sign in again.
